Returns and Sizing

 HEADWEAR RETURNS

  1. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Please email us prior to mailing your item outlining details and reason for return.
  3. Items sent with tags must be returned with tags intact.
  4. Headwear cannot be returned if it is in any way damaged or mistreated due to improper packagingIf your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have excessive wrinkling credit cannot be issued. Please package the items with care to ensure safe return delivery. Your returned item must arrive in the original condition in which it was shipped.  
  5. All headwear must be free from loose hairs, stains, and odors and cannot be stretched or wrinkled from wearing.
  6. If the hat or turban has been laundered, return cannot be accepted.
  7. Please remove your makeup before trying on an item.
  8. In order to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, all headwear will be inspected carefully before credit is issued.  This policy ensures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place.
  9. Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
  10. Please do not send back items that you have had for over 14 days or items you have worn.
  11. Hassle free refunds are offered as long as the above guidelines are followed. 
  12. Postage and handling charges are not refundable and you must pay the postage cost for returns.
  13. We do not issue cash refunds. 
  14. Refunds will be made via direct bank deposit, refund to credit card or pay pal.
  15. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
  16. You may exchange the returned product for another style. You must pay any additional postal charges before another item is dispatched.

 

DefectiveProducts -  
All products are fully inspected before shipping.  For this reason, product defects are extremely rare.  If you find an item to be defective, please notify us via phone or email within 3 days of receipt.  At this time, please explain the product defect in detail. 
The item must be shipped back to us via registered post within 10 days of receipt. 
The item must be returned unaltered, clean and unworn with its original tags and packaging. 
Upon our inspection, if the product is found to be defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of return post. 
We will promptly send you a replacement item in the exact same style and color as the original product ordered at no additional cost.
Replacement items that are shipped to you due to defects are not returnable or refundable.

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order or change your mind-
We begin immediate processing of your order upon submission.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel or edit an order. 
It is recommended that you call or email us immediately after placing an order you wish to cancel or change.
If an order is still located in our order intake department, we are happy to honor your requests whenever possible. 

 

Sizing
All items are one size fits most.
All of the handmade headwear is made from stretchy fabric, or has hidden elastic built into the back, to accommodate a variety of head sizes.
